These Terms outline how we operate The Collective by 12th, what you agree to by joining, and how we use your information. Please read them carefully before confirming participation.

1. About The Collective

​

The Collective by 12th is an opt-in network of creators working with 12th on brand campaigns, content opportunities, and event access. It is not a talent management agreement, nor does it create any employment or exclusive relationship between you and 12th.

​

2. What You’re Agreeing To

​

By joining The Collective, you give us permission to:

​

• Use your name, public social profile links, follower counts, and public-facing images

• Include that information in pitch materials shared with trusted brand and event partners

• Contact you with campaign briefs, access opportunities, and creative collaborations

• Act on your behalf to facilitate event entry, tickets, merchandise, and experiences - always with your prior consent

You can opt out at any time.

​

3. Use of Your Data

​

We only use your personal and public creator data for internal and brand-facing campaign purposes.
We will never:

​

• Publicly publish your profile without your consent

• Sell your data

• Share your information outside of trusted brand or partner discussions

All data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

​

4. Campaign Participation

​

For any campaign opportunity, we will always:

​

• Share the brief in advance

• Present the full fee upfront - what you’re offered is what you’re paid

• Confirm terms via a separate contract or agreement specific to that job

​

Participation is always optional. You're never obligated to accept a campaign.

​

5. Fees and Commission

​

12th does not take commission of your earnings.

All payments are made in full to you, directly or via our standard payment processor (as agreed per campaign).

6. Opting Out

​

You can request to leave The Collective at any time by emailing [contact email]. Upon request, we will:

​

• Remove your profile from internal decks and pitch materials

• Delete any data associated with your participation, unless required for recordkeeping (e.g. for jobs you've completed)

​

7. No Legal Relationship

​

This is a non-binding agreement.

It does not create a contract of employment, agency, or exclusive representation between you and 12th.

We consider this a good faith understanding to collaborate professionally and transparently.

8. Updates to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of any material changes. Continued participation in The Collective will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
